This New York Summerhouse caught my eye. The colours of the materials make the house seem a natural piece of the surrounding environment. While a lot of buildings have flat roofs, this one’s roof seems to reflect the flat line of the ocean’s horizon. Although the building is quite large and features many of the larger than life amenities that the rich can afford like a pool, there is not one element that overpowers the real stars of the show, the beach, sky and ocean.
